Quick and delicious Cheesy Chicken Garlic Wraps packed with juicy chicken, bold seasonings, and creamy garlic sauce, perfect for busy weeknight meals.

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure all the chicken pieces are well coated in the seasonings.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken to the pan and cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Lay the tortillas out on a flat surface.
  4. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken on top, followed by a sprinkle of shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Fold the tortillas over the filling to create wraps. Grill them in the same pan for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the cheese melts and the tortillas are golden.
  6. Cut each wrap in half and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
