Deliciously crispy chicken wings baked to perfection without the mess of frying.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder. Toss well to coat the wings evenly.
