  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil (divided)
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with teriyaki sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for about 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until no longer pink inside.

Notes

For additional flavor, consider adding chopped jalapeños to the coleslaw mix or serving with spicy dipping sauces.
