Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 lb beef steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • Korean BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. Marinate your steak in Korean BBQ sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from the pan, cover, and let it rest.
  4. In the same pan, toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, and sesame oil to create a spicy cream sauce.
  6. Slice the steak against the grain for tenderness.
  7. Assemble your bowls by dividing the rice, vegetables, and steak. Drizzle with the spicy cream sauce, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
