A comforting and creamy one-pot pasta dish that is quick to make and budget-friendly.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the milk and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once the pasta is cooked and most of the liquid has been absorbed, stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Be careful not to overcook the garlic, and stir the pasta occasionally to prevent sticking.
