Delightful edible bouquets made from fresh strawberries, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Fresh strawberries, preferably large and ripe
  • Sturdy wooden skewers or lollipop sticks
  • Green tissue paper or leaves for decoration
  • A pot or a vase for display
  • Optional: melted chocolate, sprinkles, or other edible decorations

Instructions

  1. Gently wash the strawberries and let them dry completely.
  2. Take a wooden skewer or stick and carefully insert it into the base of each strawberry, leaving enough stick exposed for easy handling.
  3. Arrange the skewered strawberries in a ceramic pot or vase, sticking them into green foam or floral blocks for stability.
  4. Crumple green tissue paper around the base to create a ‘grass’ effect, hiding any foam.
  5. If you’re feeling indulgent, dip the strawberries into melted chocolate and let them set before skewering.
  6. Finally, add ribbons or your favorite edible decorations to personalize your bouquet!
