A comforting potsticker soup combining the savory flavors of potstickers with a rich broth, perfect for busy weeknights or cozy gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Potstickers (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cups greens (like spinach or bok choy)
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame oil (for drizzling)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a boil.
  2. Add the soy sauce, garlic, and ginger to the pot.
  3. Stir in the potstickers and sliced carrots and cook for about 5 minutes until everything is heated through.
  4. Add the greens and cook until just wilted, about 2 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions and a drizzle of sesame oil.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For freezing, store the broth separately from the potstickers.
