Ingredients
- Potstickers (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cups greens (like spinach or bok choy)
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame oil (for drizzling)

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a boil.
- Add the soy sauce, garlic, and ginger to the pot.
